Fiery Foods Community Recognizes The Lube® for Supercharged and Thai-R-Cracker Wing Sauces
SHARON, Pa. – January, 2011 – Quaker Steak & Lube®, the motorsports-themed casual-dining family restaurant best known for its chicken wings and 25 specialty sauces and flavors was awarded the Best Overall Wing Sauce by The Hot Pepper, an online fiery foods community, in the 2010 Hot Pepper Awards.
The Hot Pepper received more than 170 entries, but Quaker Steak & Lube®’s Supercharged sauce bested them all to earn The Hot Pepper Award for the Best Overall Wing Sauce and also placed first in the “Hot to Extra Hot” category. In addition, The Lube® won third place in the “Ethnic Hot Sauce” category for the Thai-R-Cracker sauce.
