QUAKER STEAK & LUBE® FEATURED ON TRAVEL CHANNEL’S MAN VS. FOOD2008-12-01 19:38:08
Sharon, PA – Quaker Steak & Lube® was recently featured on the new Travel Channel original series, Man vs. Food. In the show, host Adam Richman travels the country in search of the best places for serious food indulgence! His quest landed him in the Pittsburgh market at the Robinson Lube to film a day’s work of Best Wings USA, featuring the flaming Atomic Sauce. Pittsburgh landed on the visitation schedule because of the city’s unique culture, comfy foods and one-of-a-kind restaurants.
Adam Richman’s lengthy restaurant experience and a lifelong passion for food provided a gastronomical compass to the best spots to taste American’s iconic dishes. After hunting down the can’t-miss flavors that make up each region’s unique culinary history, Adam has vowed to take on each city’s toughest food challenges. This is how he landed at Quaker Steak & Lube® – to take on our Atomic Wing Challenge!
And he did…his face was smokin’…and he finished! Visit www.travelchannel.com for a complete listing. The Pittsburgh episode has aired several times and will likely re-air if you happened to miss it!
